Tracy L. Hembree’s experience in the construction industry commenced in 1979 as the accounts payable and accounts receivable manager for J. Ross Acoustics and Drywall (“J. Ross”) as a part time employee. During her tenure with J. Ross, Ms. Hembree had oversight responsibility of the financial activities of the company and took an active role in the companies transition into general contracting in 1996. From 1978 through 2001, Ms. Hembree worked in collections, account management, and customer service departments for the company. In 2000, Ms. Hembree was hired as a full time employee to lead the company’s effort to reorganize its finance department. Her daily responsibilities during the reorganization consisted of managing the Accounts Payable of the company.
Commencing in March, 2004; Ms. Hembree incorporated PentaCon, LLC as a construction management, design-build, general contracting and facilities maintenance service provider for Federal and tribal government entities. Ms. Hembree’s daily responsibilities consists of managing the financial, human resources and executive requirements for the company.
