PentaCon, LLC is committed to operating each project utilizing stringent safety controls that meet or exceed OSHA 1926. The company seeks secure, active employee and subcontractor participation while safely integrating the customer’s requirements and expectations. PentaCon maintains a safety program that includes the following standards:
- Pre-plan all work from a safety and health perspective;
- Hazard analysis and hazard control: both of which are discussed during weekly safety meetings coordinated with schedule;
- Full compliance with all federal and state regulations;
- Take immediate action to correct any deficiencies in the safety plan with regard to unsafe conditions;
- Promote safety awareness;
- Each employee is held accountable for his/her individual responsibility toward job safety; and
- Provide the necessary training and education to support accident reduction techniques and maintain employee and/or subcontractor certifications.
